Welcome to Little Explorers

Monday/ Wednesday Class
 
This class is for 4-5 year olds.  Children enrolled in this class will be at least 4 by September.   Kindergarten readiness will be a part of this class.  Children will practice writing their name, knowing and identifying the letters of the alphabet and practice simple skills (ie cutting).  These things will be taught while still exploring monthly themes and holidays.  We will adventure into the fenced backyard, allowing for physical activity and gross motor skills to be strengthened.    Each day will bring new adventures to help these pre-kindergarten minds to grow.
There are two 2-hour sessions offered. 9:30-11:30 and 12:30-2:30
 

Tuesday/Thursday Class

This class is for 3-4 year olds.  Children enrolled in this class will be at least 3 by September.  All children are expected to be fully potty trained, and able to use the bathroom independently.   The use of pacifiers and bottles will not be allowed during preschool hours.    This class will focus on simple social skills, listening and following directions, taking turns, critical thinking, shapes and colors,   Monthly themes and holidays will be explored through art, sensory, and play.  This is a perfect way to start your child on a pathway towards a love of learning.  
There are two 2-hour sessions offered. 9:30-11:30 and 12:30-2:30
